ORDERING AND DELIVERY


What are the processing times?

All orders are subject to a separate processing time, with the exception of the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been removed from our processing center by the carrier. Order processing and dispatch time is 2 to 5 days (working days), but the majority of our orders are processed and dispatched within 72 hours directly from our warehouse.

Some of our products are transported on pallets for optimum product safety. Delivery times may therefore be affected. In this case, you will be contacted directly by the carrier to arrange a time and place for delivery of your order. All shipment tracking information will then be communicated to you by the carrier. (delivery confirmation, delivery delay or delivery problem). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.  

What are the shipping rates?
Delivery is possible in France and worldwide. Delivery is free in Metropolitan France. For all other shipping zones, please consult our shipping page Shipping.

What if I live on an upper floor?

The delivery of bulky products requires professional transport on pallets to ensure optimum safety. Please note that delivery is “door-to-door”, so floor delivery service is not included in the standard delivery package (free shipping in France) and incurs an additional cost. Can I pay for my order in instalments?
The service Paypal allows payment in 4 instalments to facilitate your online purchases. You'll find all the information you need on our Secure payment in instalments.

Payment KLARNA also allows you to pay for your purchases in 3 instalments. Simply select the “Pay with Klarna” option and enter your payment details. There are no charges or interest, and payment is simply split into 3 instalments: on the day of order, 30 days later and 60 days later, with a spending limit of €1,500. Learn more

How do I use my TRIANGLE gift card? 

Once you have made your purchase, you will receive your digital gift card by e-mail. Please keep this e-mail and the card number safe, as you will be asked to enter the amount on the card. If you wish to offer this card to a loved one, you can receive the e-mail in your personal mailbox and send it to them on the date you wish.

The cardholder will be able to spend the entire balance on the online store, by selecting the item(s) of their choice and entering their unique gift card number at checkout. The cardholder is free to :

- Use part of the card's balance - Use the entire amount in a single purchase - And top up, if necessary, with your bank card or Paypal account.

In the case of payment by gift card, in the event of return or retraction, no reimbursement will be made, and it will be credited in the form of a new gift card.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Within a maximum of 72 hours after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier to arrange an appointment for delivery of your order. You will then receive an e-mail with tracking information. 

When will I receive my order?

Delivery is possible in France, Europe and the rest of the world. Delivery times vary from 5 to 7 working days for France, 7 to 10 working days in Europe and between 7 and 20 working days for the rest of the world.

However, should the delivery time be longer (temporary stock shortage, delay in restocking, etc.), you will be informed or contacted directly by our teams.

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timeframe we advertise, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information.The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We accept no responsibility for lost, mislaid or misdelivered items if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Please also note that due to exceptional situations such as the COVID19 period, orders may take from 3 to 20 working days from dispatch date.

    What should I do if I haven't received my order?

    If you notice a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim at emarket@trianglehifi.com. We will help you work with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note that claims may take up to 30 days to process.

    AFTER-SALES SERVICE

    What if I change my mind?

    You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last item. However, the official TRIANGLE boutique offers you an extended trial period of up to 30 days from receipt of your order.

    To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) by post to TRIANGLE Hi-Fi - 475 avenue Flandres Dunkerque - ZI Les Etomelles 02200 Villeneuve-Saint-Germain FRANCE or by e-mail to emarket@trianglehifi.com.

    You can use the sample withdrawal form, but this is not compulsory. In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, all you need to do is send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period. You must return the goods to TRIANGLE Hi-Fi - 475 avenue Flandres Dunkerque - ZI Les Etomelles 02200 Villeneuve-Saint-Germain FRANCE , without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty days after you have informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been respected if you return the goods before the expiry of the thirty-day period. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

    What should I do if my product breaks down or malfunctions? 

    If you encounter any difficulties in using your product, please contact us immediately via our contact page Contact. Our service manager will do his utmost to provide you with assistance, as well as a solution for repairing or putting your product back into operation.

     

    What should I do if I find a fault when I unpack? 

    In the exceptional case of a breakdown on unpacking, TRIANGLE will immediately replace your product. The fault must be reported via our page Contact maximum three working days following receipt of your product and must comply with our warranty . Triangle will send you a pre-paid transport voucher to stick on your box and return to the following address :

    Upon receipt and inspection of the faulty product, TRIANGLE will send you a new product at its own expense within five working days.

    Why register my products ?

    Your TRIANGLE loudspeakers come with a 2-year warranty. This warranty takes effect from the date of purchase and covers any manufacturing defects or damage to your speakers resulting from such defects. (see details)

    An extended warranty is available for up to 1 additional year for active products and 2 additional years for passive products by registering them via our form.

    However, both the warranty and the extension are valid from the date of purchase. For all after-sales service requests, only the date of purchase will be taken as proof, and after the 2, 3 or 5-year warranty period, repairs will be out of warranty and at your expense.
